A research team from the Economic and Trade Department of the National Development and Reform Commission visited Pengfei Group for a fact-finding mission.

9 month 10 On [date], Xie Yurong, Deputy Director of the Comprehensive Transportation Research Institute of the National Development and Reform Commission, led a delegation to Pengfei Group to conduct a special research study on the development of the Shanxi–Hebei–Shandong–Henan bulk‑commodity backbone circulation corridor. Accompanying the delegation were Chai Linliang, Director of the Economic and Trade Division of the Shanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission; Liu Xingyuan, Deputy Director of the Lüliang Municipal Development and Reform Commission; Li Yingbin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Xiaoyi Economic Development Zone; and Li Yana, Director of the Xiaoyi Municipal Development and Reform Bureau. Li Yang, President of Operations at Pengfei Group, attended the visit and provided an overview of relevant matters.
During the field visit, Xie Yurong and her delegation gained an in-depth understanding of Pengfei Group’s initiatives and achievements in building a comprehensive hydrogen‑energy industrial ecosystem, enhancing the efficiency and quality of hydrogen‑powered heavy‑truck operations, achieving breakthroughs in equipment‑manufacturing technologies, and leveraging a zero‑carbon smart logistics platform to improve the efficiency of bulk‑commodity circulation.
Li Yang stated that Pengfei Group will continue to promote hydrogen-powered heavy-duty trucks, optimize its operational model, and develop a new‑era smart logistics system for bulk materials tailored to Pengfei’s unique characteristics, thereby contributing to the development of the Shanxi–Hebei–Shandong–Henan bulk‑commodity circulation corridor.
