Charitable foundation
While ensuring its own business growth and development, Pengfei Group has vigorously supported local economic development, engaging in targeted poverty alleviation, educational donations, disaster relief, and emergency assistance. In recent years, it has donated a cumulative total of 550 million yuan. To institutionalize charitable activities, the group also established the Pengfei Charity Foundation. The Shanxi Pengfei Charity Foundation is a non‑public fundraising charity, registered with an initial endowment of 5 million yuan from Shanxi Pengfei Group. With the support and approval of the Shanxi Provincial Department of Civil Affairs and relevant higher‑level authorities, it officially commenced operations on March 28, 2022. To date, the foundation has disbursed over 75 million yuan in charitable contributions. Guided by the mission of advancing philanthropic initiatives, the foundation adheres to the Constitution, laws, regulations, and national policies; upholds core socialist values; and respects prevailing social ethics. It has taken proactive steps in areas such as educational support, rural revitalization, and epidemic prevention and control, reaching out to grassroots communities, assisting impoverished students, sowing seeds of hope, fostering social harmony, and carrying forward traditional Chinese virtues. By extending charitable care, building a harmonious society, and dedicating itself to serving the nation, society, and the people, Pengfei has made assuming social responsibility a natural and unwavering commitment throughout its development journey.
