Shanxi Pengfei Group, guided by the principle that “Party building is productivity,” has strengthened Party leadership to drive development, focused on maximizing the two key roles of Party organizations, and adhered to the approach of “Party leadership, exemplary Party members, and talent‑driven enterprise growth.” This has enabled a deep integration of Party building with corporate management and corporate culture, continuously transforming the Party’s political, organizational, and mass‑contact strengths into advantages in corporate governance and market competitiveness, thus forging a distinctive “Pengfei Path” characterized by dual strength and six areas of excellence. In 2020, the group was awarded the title of “Party‑Building Education Demonstration Base” by the Shanxi Federation of Industry and Commerce. It currently comprises four Party committees, 13 general Party branches, and 60 Party branches, with a total of 1,000 Party members. Today, propelled by the “red engine” of Party building, Pengfei Group is charting an increasingly promising path of high‑quality development—“listening to the Party, following the Party, and pursuing green, low‑carbon growth.”
Trade union
Pengfei Group has consistently upheld the principle of “using Party building to lead trade union development, and using trade union development to strengthen Party building.” It has established trade union organizations in Lüliang, Changzhi, Jincheng, Yangquan, and other locations, currently counting 30,000 members with a 100% membership rate. The Group has built a comprehensive network of trade union services, including platforms for disseminating the Party’s innovative theories, mother-and-child rooms, psychological counseling centers, caring service stations, and workers’ reading rooms, ensuring that employees truly feel the warmth of the trade union as their “own family.” In recent years, adhering to the guiding principles of organizing workers and effectively safeguarding their rights, Pengfei Group has leveraged the unique strengths of its trade union, actively guided employee development, and fostered harmonious labor relations. Gradually, it has formulated the Pengfei Trade Union’s “Three Publicizations, Three Comparisons, and Five Ones” working model, forging a distinctive path of development characterized by “joint Party‑trade union efforts to drive enterprise growth.” In 2020, the Group was honored with the title of Model Workers’ Home of Shanxi Province.
Youth League Committee
The Youth League Branch of Pengfei Group was established in 2016 and currently comprises 12,000 young employees. In line with the principle that “wherever young people are, there the Youth League organization shall be established,” Pengfei Group has consistently integrated Party building with Youth League development. By focusing on deepening reforms in areas such as Youth League organizational development, cadre management, and member education and oversight, the Group has provided strong support for the growth and career advancement of its young workforce. In 2022, in response to the requirements of deepening grassroots Youth League reform, the Pengfei Group Youth League Committee was formed, overseeing 13 subordinate Youth League branches. The Group innovatively established a diversified, interconnected, and highly mobilizing Youth League organizational structure, driving reform and innovation in Youth League work. It set up “Youth Employee Homes” at the Group headquarters and across all production sites, using these facilities as catalysts to promote orderly collaboration and effective cohesion among young workers throughout various departments and plants, thereby diversifying organizational linkages. In 2022, the branch was honored as the “May Fourth Red Flag Youth League Branch” by Lüliang City.
Women's Federation
The Women’s Federation of Pengfei Group was established in October 2017 and currently comprises 2,638 female employees. To strengthen team cohesion among female staff, inspire their enthusiasm for work and entrepreneurship, and showcase the new spirit of women as builders of great undertakings, promoters of civilizational progress, and courageous dream-chasers, the Group’s Women’s Federation has vigorously implemented a program to enhance the professional competence of female employees. Drawing on the needs and concerns of its members, grassroots women’s committees have organized a series of diverse, healthy, and uplifting themed activities, providing ideological “recharging,” spiritual “calcium supplementation,” and capability “fueling” to support cadres and employees, thereby contributing to the enterprise’s high-quality development. The Pengfei Group Women’s Federation has successively been awarded the titles of “Advanced Grassroots Women’s Federation” and “Outstanding Women’s Federation” by the Xiaoyi City Women’s Federation and the Development Zone Women’s Federation.
