In accordance with the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste, the Measures for the Disclosure of Environmental Information by Enterprises and Public Institutions, and other relevant regulations, our organization hereby publicly discloses information pertaining to solid waste generated in 2024, including its name, category, sources, storage, disposal entities, characteristics, and quantities, thereby accepting public oversight and promoting continuous improvement in our solid waste management practices. This public notice will be posted on bulletin boards and made available on our website, among other channels.

I. Basic Information of the Enterprise

Houcun Coal Mine of Qinhé Energy Group Co., Ltd. is located in Houcun Village, Zhengcun Town, Qinsui County. Its primary construction project and production capacity involve the annual output of 1.2 million tonnes of raw coal. The organization’s institutional code is 91140000681948189F, and its pollutant discharge permit number is 91140000681948189F001Q. The legal representative is Wu Weibing, and the person responsible for solid waste management is Wang Wei.

II. General Solid Waste

General solid waste refers to solid, semi-solid, and gaseous materials contained in receptacles that have lost their original utility value during production, daily life, or other activities, or that, although not yet devoid of utility value, have been discarded or abandoned, as well as any items or substances designated by laws and administrative regulations to be managed as solid waste. Table 1 below presents our organization’s publicly disclosed information on general solid waste, including the names of the wastes generated at each process stage, the stages at which they are produced, the storage stages, the disposal entities, and the contact information of the responsible persons. All employees of our organization are obligated to comply with relevant laws and regulations and to implement effective control and oversight of general solid waste.
