The No. 3 Coal Seam Re‑mining Project of Houcun Coal Mine, Qinhé Energy Group Co., Ltd., has been approved as follows: the “Preliminary Design for Re‑mining of the No. 3 Coal Seam” was endorsed by Document No. [2023] 381 issued by Qinhéfa; the “Safety Facilities Design for Re‑mining of the No. 3 Coal Seam” was approved by the Shanxi Provincial Emergency Management Department under Document No. [2024] 289; and the project’s commencement of construction was authorized by Document No. [2024] 495 issued by Qinhéfa. The following information regarding the No. 3 Coal Seam Re‑mining Project of Houcun Coal Mine, Qinhé Energy Group Co., Ltd., is hereby announced:

Construction Site: Qinshui County, Jincheng City, Shanxi Province
Construction scale: 1.2 million tons per year
Construction scope: Re-mining of the No. 3 coal seam at Houcun Coal Mine, Qinhé Energy Group Co., Ltd.
Total project investment: RMB 294.4777 million
Construction Period: 27.4 months of construction work
