Over the past 11 years, “Chuang Qingchun” has become a key platform for innovation and entrepreneurship among young people in Lüliang. This competition‑driven initiative has provided Lüliang’s young entrepreneurs with a broad stage to showcase their talents and turn their dreams into reality.

To fully leverage the guiding and driving roles of innovation as the primary engine of development and talent as the foremost resource, since 2024, Pengfei has steadily advanced its programs for recruiting 100 master’s and doctoral-level professionals and for training management trainees, attracting 119 highly qualified master’s and doctoral graduates and 126 young talents from prestigious 985, 211, and Double First-Class universities to join the company, thereby contributing to the modernization of Pengfei.
Pengfei has integrated innovation initiatives with industrial reform policies, organizing employees to actively participate in provincial and municipal “Five Smalls” innovation competitions and worker‑skill contests, thereby advancing the development of a robust industrial workforce. By facilitating the transformation of industrial workers, the company has also driven broader corporate transformation, partnering with leading universities to establish science and technology associations, doctoral workstations, postdoctoral research stations, as well as employee innovation studios, innovation studio alliances, and innovation incubation centers—creating comprehensive platforms for innovation. Through these platforms, 2,921 employees have upgraded their skills, more than 500 have been promoted to new positions, and over 30 frontline workers, including Li Xiaodong, have advanced into managerial roles.

This time, Pengfei’s industrial workers have earned provincial and municipal honors for their innovation and entrepreneurship achievements, which epitomize the company’s relentless efforts to accelerate the development of new‑type productive forces through continuous exploration and practice. Bolstered by these accolades, Pengfei will further intensify its investment in and commitment to technological innovation, steadily driving the transformation of traditional energy enterprises toward high‑end, intelligent, and green development.
