The adoption and release of this Decision have been like refreshing breezes in the sweltering summer, greatly inspiring all and bolstering their confidence. It has sparked an enthusiastic response throughout Pengfei Group, swiftly igniting a wave of study and implementation of the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee.

On July 21, Pengfei Group convened a special study session on the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Third Plenary Session), focusing on the decisions adopted at the session. The meeting aims to help private enterprises and the private sector embark on a smooth path toward high‑level market‑oriented economic development, thereby contributing Pengfei’s strength to the comprehensive deepening of reform and the vigorous advancement of Chinese‑style modernization. Zheng Peng, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board, and President of Pengfei Group, along with all cadres and employees from each business unit, regional subsidiary, and factory or mine, attended the session both in person and via video link.
