A delegation from the Party and Government of Lixian County, Baoding City, paid a visit to Pengfei for observation and research.

On July 11, Chen Wei, Secretary of the Lixian County Party Committee in Baoding City, Hebei Province, along with Ruan Yu, a member of the Standing Committee of the County Party Committee and Executive Deputy County Mayor, Wei Na, a member of the County Government Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairwoman of the County CPPCC, and other leaders from the county Party and government, the County Economic Development Zone, and relevant functional departments, visited Pengfei Group to observe and conduct an on-site assessment of the group’s achievements in developing the hydrogen energy industry. Feng Guangyuan, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of the Xiaoyi Economic Development Zone, accompanied the delegation, while Zheng Zihao, Vice President of Pengfei Group, extended the welcome.

The delegation visited the Urban Hydrogen‑Integrated Energy Island, the Pengwan Hydrogen Port Hydrogen Industry Park, and the 5G‑Enabled Central Dispatch and Command Center, among other sites. Through on‑site observations and a special documentary on Pengfei’s hydrogen energy industry, they gained a comprehensive understanding of how Pengfei Group has built a modern hydrogen‑energy ecosystem that integrates production, storage, transportation, refueling, utilization, research, and equipment manufacturing. During the briefings, Chen Wei and others paused to examine the hydrogen cylinder filling station, the hydrogen fuel cell stack, and the hydrogen‑powered shared bicycles.

Chen Wei inquired in detail about Pengfei Group’s advantages in developing hydrogen energy, its preparation and commissioning timeline, and its future plans. He noted that the visit provided a comprehensive overview of Pengfei’s entire hydrogen‑energy value chain, with technologies at every stage now firmly established and steadily maturing. By actively implementing the energy‑industry transformation and upgrading policies of Party committees and governments at all levels, Pengfei Group has leveraged its overall strength and innovative capacity to become a leading enterprise in China’s hydrogen‑energy sector, offering a replicable and scalable model for green economic development at the county level and for enterprises seeking to enter the hydrogen‑energy industry.
