The Shanxi Provincial Think Tank Development Association and Pengfei have signed a strategic cooperation agreement, granting Pengfei the titles of “Vice-President Unit” and “Research Base.”

On June 23, Li Zhongyuan, President of the Shanxi Provincial Think Tank Development Association and a researcher, as well as former Party Secretary and President of the Shanxi Academy of Social Sciences, led a delegation of ten vice presidents of the association to visit Pengfei for observation and inspection. The two sides held a signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation agreement and engaged in an exchange symposium focused on the theme of “High‑Quality Development of Shanxi’s Private Economy in the Context of New‑Type Productive Forces.” Zheng Peng, Chairman of the Board and President of Pengfei Group, among others, attended the event.

In the presence of the attending leaders, Wen Lianjun, Vice President of the Shanxi Provincial Think Tank Development Association and former Party Secretary of the Taiyuan Railway Bureau Cadre Training Center (Party School), and Lü Xiaofang, Deputy General Manager of Administration at Pengfei Group, signed a strategic cooperation and support agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

At the symposium, experts from the provincial think tank carefully listened to the bottlenecks currently hindering enterprise development and conducted a thorough analysis of each issue, offering targeted recommendations and suggestions for addressing them.
