01 Employee Family Reception Day

More than eighty employees’ family members were invited to the Pengfei headquarters for the first time, greeted by a sense of novelty, curiosity, enthusiasm, and modernity. They visited sites including the 5G+ Central Dispatch and Command Center, the Urban Hydrogen‑Recharging Integrated Energy Island, the R&D Building at the Pengfei Coking Plant, the Innovation Incubation Base, and the hydrogen‑energy control center at the methanol‑to‑hydrogen thermal‑source plant. Guided by docents and accompanied by expert explanations, they gained a more vivid understanding of Pengfei’s industrial scale, its future plans, and its rich corporate culture.

Employees’ family members also toured the Pengfei Community, the Yongfuyuan Residential Complex, and the company cafeteria. The beautiful, comfortable, and clean living and dining environments earned unanimous praise and high acclaim from the families. These in-depth visits not only strengthened employees’ sense of trust and well-being toward the company but also deepened their families’ recognition of and confidence in the workplace.

02 Women’s Healing Activities

With professional instructors, engaging lessons, and enthusiastic interaction, the training draws on methods such as the “Family Dance” psychodrama and fun, interactive games, enabling participants to experience, in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere, how to truly love themselves and release stress. Guided by the lens of sub‑personality integration, it helps attendees delve deep within to recognize, accept, and treat themselves with kindness—empowering them to become the confident, charismatic women of the new era at Pengfei.

03 Handmade flower arrangement creation

We not only possess visual beauty, but also exquisite craftsmanship. During the flower-arranging activity, participants carefully selected bouquets and skillfully coordinated colors, with fresh flowers conveying their aspirations and pursuit of a better life. At the same time, the event invited model workers from the mine and representatives of advanced collectives, presenting them with beautiful bouquets as a token of respect.

04 Large-scale outdoor sing-along

The “Mining Sisters’ Group,” composed of Pengfei Qinhé and fifty female employee representatives, took part in the Women’s Federation of Qinsui County’s outdoor singing‑along event held to mark International Women’s Day. Participants enthusiastically sang songs unique to Pengfei, such as “Walking Toward the Light” and “Home at Pengfei, Home at Qinhé,” feeling the strength of Pengfei through their voices and spreading the company’s corporate culture with each melody.

05 Spring Outing

The Group organized on‑the‑job employees to visit Xiangyu Ancient Fort, the Liu Family Residence, and other scenic spots under Pengfei’s umbrella, launching an outdoor spring excursion that brought participants closer to nature. They experienced the profound weight of history and the charm of the ancient fort, gained insight into the family traditions and cultural heritage of the descendants of Liu Zongyuan, and witnessed the vigorous growth of Pengfei’s cultural‑tourism industry. The event inspired everyone to continue upholding the Pengfei spirit of “Loyalty, Nobility, Unity, and Progress,” while working together in harmony and advancing side by side, contributing their efforts to Pengfei’s even stronger and faster development.

06 Unzip Interaction

The atmosphere at the event was both tense and vibrant, warm and joyful. Employees were all in high spirits, enthusiastically participating in every activity, each showcasing their skills and striving for victory. The event fostered open communication, strengthened team cohesion and morale, and further inspired cadres and staff to work with unity, determination, and a spirit of progress.
