Author of the article, Lu Zhaoming: A well-known writer from mainland China, named a leading media figure in the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region in 2023, a member of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Intelligent Buildings and Residential District Digitization, and a member of the Tianjin Writers Association.
