The Pengfei Nankai Academy brand has been officially launched.

On the evening of June 30, the 2023 Pengfei Group Real Estate Brand and Product Launch Event, themed “Mountains and Rivers Bear the Phoenix—Tianjin and Jinzhou Soar Together,” was splendidly held at the Qingwang Mansion in Tianjin. Over a hundred distinguished guests—including officials from the Nankai District Government of Tianjin and relevant authorities, customer representatives, industry media, as well as Zheng Peng, Chairman of the Board and President of Pengfei Group, along with mid- and senior-level executives of the group—gathered to witness the grand launch of Pengfei’s inaugural collaboration with Nankai District.

Zheng Peng stated that the official launch of the Pengfei Nankai Academy brand marks the successful fruition of the first collaboration between Pengfei and Nankai University. He expressed hope that this partnership will leverage Nankai District’s distinct strengths in science and technology, education, geographic location, and talent, fostering mutual empowerment, synergistic development, and the joint creation of a high‑quality growth framework. In his address, Sun Jiankun, Director of the Nankai District Education Bureau, stated that the bureau is partnering with Nankai Middle School to establish a nine-year integrated school under a group‑based model, jointly operated by Nankai Middle School and Zhongying Primary School. Situated adjacent to Pengfei Nankai Academy, the school is a public institution planned and developed by the Nankai District Government, centrally managed by the Nankai District Education Bureau, and guided in its operations by Nankai Middle School. Upon opening, the school will draw on the curricular resources, teaching expertise, and educational philosophies of both Nankai Middle School and Zhongying Primary School, while deeply cultivating the Xiangyu and Zhongying cultures, gradually evolving into a flagship institution for group‑based education in Nankai District. Over the next three years, the Zhanbei Building site is expected to become a premier educational hub for Nankai District and even the entire city of Tianjin, emerging as the preferred destination for residents seeking high‑quality educational opportunities.
