Pengfei Group Holds a Safety Lecture Competition Event

To actively implement the theme of the 22nd National Safety Production Month and to uphold Pengfei’s safety culture of “Starting from Zero, Striving for Zero,” the Safety Lecture Hall Speech Contest, part of the Pengfei Group’s Ankang Cup Competition, was held at Pengfei Headquarters on June 25. More than 300 officials from the Xiaoyi City Federation of Trade Unions and the Xiaoyi City Emergency Management Bureau, along with Pengfei Group employees and cadres, attended in person, while over 2,600 additional workers tuned in via remote video and live stream.

Eleven frontline employees from various systems and units across the Group, all engaged in safety work, took to the stage one by one to share their insights and experiences on safety—centered around the theme “Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies”—as they relate to daily production oversight, management, and operational procedures.

Since the launch of the 2023 Safety Production Month campaign, Pengfei Group has developed a comprehensive implementation plan. From the headquarters to regional subsidiaries and all plant and mine units, activities have been carried out, including safety oaths, emergency rescue drills, fire‑safety training, safety‑knowledge competitions, and public awareness campaigns on basic safety practices. By organizing a series of safety initiatives that engage every employee and involve both the company and their families, the group has enhanced staff awareness and participation in safety protection and emergency preparedness, fostering a work and living environment at Pengfei that is safe, harmonious, stable, and conducive to well‑being.
