Introduction: On January 19, the Fourth Plenary Session of the Fourth Term of the Municipal Party Committee and the Economic Work Conference concluded after successfully completing all agenda items. The meeting carefully reviewed the work report of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, conducted a comprehensive summary of last year’s achievements, and laid out a thorough plan for this year’s economic priorities. Li Zhengyin, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, delivered a speech, while Wang Liwei, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, presided over the session and also addressed the attendees.

 

 

   

The conference commended 20 enterprises, including Shanxi Xinghuacun Fenjiu Distillery Co., Ltd., for their outstanding contributions to tax revenue; 16 enterprises, such as the Lüliang Power Supply Company of State Grid, for their remarkable achievements in supporting poverty alleviation efforts; 15 enterprises, including Xiaoyi Pengfei Industrial Co., Ltd., for their notable progress in transformation and upgrading; 16 enterprises, including Shanxi Xinyuantai Biotechnology Co., Ltd., for their emphasis on scientific and technological innovation; and 10 enterprises, including Shanxi Li Liu Coking Coal Group Co., Ltd., for their generous charitable donations. Notice on Commending Certain Enterprises in Lüliang City

To the Party Committees and People’s Governments of all counties and county-level cities; to the various departments, commissions, and offices of the Municipal Party Committee; to all municipal commissions, offices, and bureaus; to all people’s organizations; and to all enterprises and public institutions:

Since 2017, the entire city has taken General Secretary Xi Jinping’s series of important speeches as its guiding principle, adhered to the provincial Party committee’s major strategic vision and requirements of “one guiding principle, two strong measures,” worked diligently and forged ahead with determination, carried out poverty alleviation in a solid and effective manner, steadily advanced transformation and development, and vigorously promoted scientific and technological innovation, thereby driving economic development.

Transitioning from “fatigue” to “prosperity,” the region has achieved new results and breakthroughs, with key indicators—including gross regional product, value added by industrial enterprises above designated size, and general public budget revenue—leading the entire province.

In the course of the city’s economic and social development, a number of enterprises have emerged—characterized by strong economic performance, substantial social contributions, outstanding achievements in poverty alleviation, notable progress in transformation and upgrading, and a commitment to scientific and technological innovation—thus making significant contributions to Lüliang’s economic and social development and setting a benchmark.
