On the afternoon of December 9, Pengfei Group held an exchange symposium with the Nankai District Government of Tianjin to discuss project collaboration. The meeting focused on exploring future cooperation directions and feasibility between Haihe Laboratory and Pengfei Group. Going forward, Pengfei Group will relocate the R&D segment of its industrial chain to Haihe Laboratory, engaging in in-depth collaboration with the laboratory’s 15 experts and academicians. By joining forces with the research institution, the two parties aim to make new contributions to the “dual carbon” goals and the energy revolution, yielding fresh achievements.
At the symposium, Nie Weixun expressed his high appreciation for the outstanding achievements that Pengfei Group has attained in recent years. He noted that the Wuchuang Haihe Laboratory aligns well with Pengfei Group’s strategic vision, and he hopes that the group’s cutting-edge industries and talent will take root and flourish in Nankai District. The district government pledged to provide robust support for Pengfei’s industrial development and to pursue synergistic growth together with the company.
Zheng Peng stated that the cutting-edge scientific research projects undertaken by the Haihe Laboratory are precisely what Pengfei needs to achieve high-quality development and further expand its industrial chain. Pengfei’s strategic cooperation with Nankai District would not have been possible without the strong support of the local Party committee and government, and in the future, the two sides will continue to explore new areas and deepen their collaboration.
