Bank–enterprise cooperation ushers in a new chapter, fostering mutual benefit and shared development. On the morning of November 13, Pengfei Group held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony with Huatong Road & Bridge and the rural commercial banks of Yangquan, Yu County, and Pingding at Pengfei Group’s headquarters.
Zheng Peng, Chairman of the Board and President of Pengfei Group; Wang Guorui, Chairman of Huatong Road & Bridge Group Co., Ltd.; Li Feng, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Yangquan Audit Center of the Shanxi Provincial Rural Credit Union; Geng Litao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Yangquan Rural Commercial Bank; Bai Yufei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Yu County Rural Commercial Bank; Li Jun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Pingding Rural Commercial Bank; along with relevant lawyers from both parties’ law firms, jointly attended the signing ceremony.
On behalf of Huatong Road & Bridge, Wang Guorui expressed his gratitude to the credit cooperatives and the lead attorneys of the law firms, and wished Pengfei Group continued robust growth in the years ahead.
Li Feng expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Pengfei Group for its longstanding support of financial institutions, and he looks forward to leveraging this signing as an opportunity to deepen communication, capitalize on each party’s strengths, and work together in the future to set a benchmark for bank–enterprise cooperation.
Chairman Zheng Peng stated that this signing marks a new starting point for the two parties to join forces, advance together, and achieve renewed success. With the support of the rural commercial bank, Huatong Road & Bridge, the local municipal Party committee and government, as well as the county Party committee and county government, Pengfei Group will, in the future, realize higher‑quality development in Pingding and Yangquan.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, Zhang Xuanming, Vice President of Pengfei Group and General Manager of the Coal Division, signed cooperation agreements with Huatong Road & Bridge, Yangquan, Yu County, and Pingding Rural Commercial Bank, witnessed by all attendees.
