The distribution ceremony for the “Handbook on Essential Knowledge and Skills for Reforming the Industrial Workforce in the New Era,” issued by the Xiaoyi City Federation of Trade Unions, was held at Pengfei Group.

On August 24, Zhang Nengcai, Party Secretary of the Xiaoyi City Federation of Trade Unions, accompanied by a six-member delegation from the federation’s leadership team, visited Pengfei Group to hold a ceremony for the distribution of the “Key Knowledge and Skills Handbook on Reforming the Construction of the Industrial Workforce in the New Era.” Lv Xiaofang, Deputy General Manager of Administration and Chairperson of the Trade Union Committee, attended the event.

During the ceremony, Zhang Nengcai and Lü Xiaofang jointly presented the “Handbook on Essential Knowledge and Skills for Building the Industrial Workforce in the New Era” to representatives of industrial workers, and posed for a commemorative photo.

Zhang Nengcai stated that the handbook was independently developed by the Xiaoyi City Federation of Trade Unions, drawing on knowledge related to industrial worker reform. Its content provides accessible explanations of key concepts, integrating the fundamental elements of industrial workers with the five major pillars of the reform, and is written in clear, straightforward language. This handbook was distributed to Pengfei Group, the first enterprise in Xiaoyi City to receive such support. As a provincial demonstration site for industrial worker workforce development reform, Pengfei Group has achieved remarkable results across all areas of its operations. This not only underscores support for the work of the Xiaoyi City Federation of Trade Unions but also helps elevate Xiaoyi City’s industrial worker reform efforts to an even higher level.

Lü Xiaofang extended a warm welcome and heartfelt gratitude to Zhang Nengcai, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Xiaoyi City Federation of Trade Unions, and his delegation on the occasion of their visit to Pengfei Group for the inaugural ceremony marking the distribution of the “Essential Knowledge and Skills Handbook” on the reform of the industrial workforce in the new era. She then reported on the progress of Pengfei Group’s recent efforts to implement this reform, emphasizing that, as a provincial demonstration enterprise, the Group will continue to refine its related work, promptly carry out all directives, and live up to the care, attention, and support consistently shown by the Xiaoyi City Federation of Trade Unions.
