As the number of employees engaged in accounting, writing, typing, and office work continues to grow, prolonged desk‑bound, head‑down postures can easily lead to cervical spondylosis. As the number of employees engaged in accounting, writing, typing, and office work continues to grow, prolonged desk‑bound, head‑down postures can easily lead to cervical spondylosis. On December 15, 2017, the Pengfei Trade Union Federation specially invited Wang Shangzhi, a traditional Chinese medicine physician from the Chongwen Community, to deliver a lecture and training session on the prevention and health care of cervical spondylosis in Conference Room 2006 at headquarters.
During the lecture, the physician used clear, easy-to-understand language to provide a detailed explanation of the causes, types, and treatment options for cervical spondylosis, helping attendees learn how to prevent the condition in daily life and what precautions to take. The physician also demonstrated on-site massage techniques to relieve symptoms of cervical spondylosis. Because the presentation was both accessible and relevant to employees’ everyday routines, it was warmly received by company staff.
This training has helped employees develop awareness of cervical spine health, prioritize cervical well-being, and adopt a scientific, health-conscious approach to work, thereby preventing cervical spondylosis at its source.
