The Shanxi Provincial Federation of Trade Unions’ “Three Deliveries and Three Entrances”慰问 performance tour has arrived at Pengfei Group.

On July 3, the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions held a慰问 performance titled “Braving the New Era, Making Contributions during the 14th Five-Year Plan,” under the theme “Delivering Theory, Culture, and Warmth to Projects, Enterprises, and Construction Sites.” The event visited the Shanxi Pengfei Hydrogen Energy Industrial Park project, celebrating and honoring frontline workers who are tirelessly dedicated to key infrastructure and innovative development initiatives, enriching their leisure lives, and presenting the enterprise with condolence funds.

Li Zhonggui, member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Shanxi Provincial Federation of Trade Unions; Ren Jianrong, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Executive Vice Chairman of the Lüliang Municipal Federation of Trade Unions; Yang Tuan, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Xiyi Municipal People’s Congress and Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions; along with other provincial and municipal leaders, attended the event. Also in attendance were Zheng Peng, Chairman of the Board and President of Pengfei Group, and Lü Xiaofang, Chairwoman of the Group’s Trade Union Federation.

The performance opened with the joyous and festive song-and-dance number “Ode to Labor.” Zheng Peng delivered the opening address, extending a warm welcome to the provincial trade union’s visiting performing troupe.

On the occasion of the 71st anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the Shanxi Provincial Federation of Trade Unions has presented us with a “Three Deliveries and Three Introductions”慰问 performance. This event not only offers our vast workforce a rich cultural feast and a splendid audiovisual experience, but also conveys the Party’s care and the warmth of the trade union organization. It will undoubtedly further inspire all cadres and employees of Pengfei Group to remain steadfast in heeding the Party’s guidance, to follow the Party wholeheartedly, to better fulfill the role of the working class as the main force, and to contribute Pengfei’s strength to Shanxi Province’s all‑round, high‑quality development.

Li Zhonggui, on behalf of the Shanxi Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, presented a condolence grant of RMB 100,000 to the Pengfei Group Trade Union Federation and extended warm greetings to all Pengfei employees working on the front lines. Yang Tuan likewise extended heartfelt greetings to all Pengfei workers on the front lines.

Following this, the audio‑dance‑poetry‑painting performance “What the People Desire” brought to life the people’s cherished aspirations and their vibrant zest for life. Pengfei employees also staged and performed their own musical rap, “The Productivity of Happiness,” vividly illustrating the role and significance of Pengfei’s ten major productivity drivers through a dynamic blend of spoken word, singing, and acting. In the acrobatic piece “Spacewalk,” young performers seamlessly fused the beauty of strength, suppleness, and lightness, delivering a dazzling and exhilarating visual feast. The crosstalk routine “Shanxi’s Beautiful Voice” saw renowned performers Gong Rui and Geng Lin masterfully embody the art of traditional Chinese storytelling and performing arts, bringing it to life with consummate flair. Meanwhile, the poetry recitation “Long Live the People” moved audiences with passionate, heartfelt emotion, conveying the profound affection and deep nostalgia that hundreds of millions of people hold for Chairman Mao. Solo performances such as “Distant Affection,” “Xikou Sentiment,” and a medley of songs, along with the song‑and‑dance number “Leading the Way,” took turns on stage, each one more spectacular than the last.

During the performance, Dong Qinliang, a National Model Worker and technician in the ventilation department of Pengfei Qinhé Houcun Coal Mine, drew on his professional experience and personal journey to share his path of growth, centering on the four key themes of “diligence, ambition, responsibility, and gratitude.” Amidst resounding songs and radiant smiles, the attending cadres and employees waved red flags, engaging with the performers on stage. Over the course of 120 minutes, more than 80 cast and crew members presented 15 meticulously choreographed acts. The entire show concluded with the entire audience joining in a rousing rendition of “Without the Communist Party, There Would Be No New China.”

This慰问 performance brought the care and warmth of the Party, the government, and the trade union to frontline workers, effectively meeting their spiritual and cultural needs. It also vigorously promoted the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmanship, guiding and inspiring builders to devote themselves wholeheartedly to their work with renewed enthusiasm and high morale, thereby contributing to the development of the hydrogen energy industry.
