On June 13, the thematic education and training event titled “Upholding Integrity and Staying True to Our Original Aspiration” was held at Pengfei Group. Attending the event were Li Jianzhong, Deputy Secretary of the Xiaoyi Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Deputy Director of the Supervisory Commission; Wei Xiaohua, Secretary of the Xiaoyi Federation of Industry and Commerce; Ren Zhiyong, Chairman of the Xiaoyi Federation of Industry and Commerce; Jin Xiaoyan, former Director of the Case Management Office of the Xiaoyi Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision and currently Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Daxiaobao Town; Xu Weisheng, Deputy Director of the Xiaoyi Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology; as well as other relevant leaders, along with all Party members and employee representatives of Pengfei Group.
Building a culture of integrity is a long-term, systematic undertaking. Li Jianzhong, Deputy Secretary of the Xiaoyi Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Deputy Director of the Supervisory Commission, emphasized the importance of integrity and proposed integrating it with corporate culture, offering relevant recommendations to support the development of Pengfei Group. Xu Weisheng, Deputy Director of the Xiaoyi Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, then read out the implementation plan for building clean and transparent enterprises.
Jin Xiaoyan, former director of the Case Management Office of the Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision of Xiaoyi City and currently serving as the secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of Daxiaobao Town, delivered a presentation titled “How to Be a Loyal, Clean, and Responsible Pengfei Employee.” Drawing on numerous real‑world cases, she provided an in-depth analysis of the Regulations on Honest Conduct for Communist Party Members and the Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China, and set forth requirements and guidance for how enterprises should conduct integrity education and uphold daily standards of ethical conduct going forward.
Jin Xiaoyan: I hope that in the future, everyone will strive with courage and determination, carefully uphold our company’s spirit and fulfill our responsibilities, cultivate integrity through self-discipline, and excel in our own roles—becoming loyal, upright, and responsible members of the Pengfei family.

Xing Ruihui, an internal trainer in the Corporate Culture Development and Management Department, provided an on-site interpretation of the company’s culture of integrity, reminding every employee to maintain reverence for principles, uphold their moral底线, and truly embody the spirit of Pengfei.
As all participating Party members and employee representatives solemnly took their oath, the training drew to a close. All attendees also signed commitments to integrity in professional conduct, pledging to act with due respect for authority, exercise prudent self‑restraint in speech, and maintain appropriate boundaries in behavior, thereby contributing to the Group’s comprehensive drive for high‑quality development and to the building of a clean and upright Xiaoyi.
