On February 6, the first day after the Spring Festival holiday, Pengfei Group held a grand kickoff rally for 2022 and a thematic lecture titled “Pengfei Spirit Leads Development—Together Toward the Future, Where Anything Is Possible.” This annual spiritual gathering serves as a mobilization event, rallying all members of the Pengfei family to embrace the Pengfei Spirit as their guiding principle, fostering a shared vision, common understanding, and collective commitment to fulfilling Pengfei’s mission and co‑creating a brighter future.
Zheng Peng, Chairman of the Board and President of Pengfei Group, along with all mid- and senior-level executives and employee representatives, attended the meeting at the main venue and sub-venues. The remaining employees participated virtually from their respective workstations by watching the live video stream.
The meeting held a signing ceremony for the 2022 annual plan and responsibility agreements. Heads of each department, together with the safety officer of Qinhé Energy, successively made commitments to Chairman Zheng Peng and all members of the Pengfei Group in accordance with the terms of the agreements, and then proceeded to sign the documents.
Members of the corporate culture publicity team delivered presentations under the themes “Loyalty is the Foundation of Pengfei’s Spirit,” “Pengfei is the Stage for Realizing Dreams,” and “A Glorious Pengfei—My Contribution to a Strong Enterprise,” showcasing vivid examples of individuals who are devoted to Pengfei, shine on its stage, and fulfill their life’s potential.
Chairman Zheng Peng led the attendees in revisiting Pengfei’s remarkable journey—from its humble beginnings as a small coal‑fired coke workshop in 1993 to its rise as one of China’s Top 500 enterprises—and in reviewing the key elements of the “Pengfei Group Corporate Culture System,” which was unveiled on July 30, 2021.
Chairman Zheng Peng believes that life is for striving today and for cherishing as memories tomorrow.
