“I understand the industry’s future; you know how to accelerate the present.” On November 15, Jiang Wangcheng, President of Huawei’s Coal Mine Corps Solutions, and his delegation visited our company for an exchange and symposium. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on the intelligent mine‑building initiatives of Pengfei Group, mapping out strategic plans for future collaboration. The meeting was hosted by Zheng Peng, Chairman of the Board and President of Pengfei Group.
Jiang Wangcheng reviewed the overall progress of Pengfei Group’s smart‑mine initiative, offered insights and recommendations to address challenges across various mining sites, and provided a detailed analysis of smart‑mine development from the perspectives of internal corporate momentum, organizational structure, and cross‑system collaboration. He also outlined Huawei’s efforts in coal‑mine informatization, digitalization, and breakthroughs in key technologies. He expressed great anticipation for collaborating with Pengfei Group, a member of China’s Top 500 Enterprises.
Chairman Zheng Peng stated that Huawei has established the Intelligent Coal Mine Task Force and entered Shanxi Province, emphasizing that both sides should forge close ties and work wholeheartedly to translate intelligent technologies into tangible economic benefits. He underscored that the foundation of intelligence lies in automation, digitalization, and networking, and that the key to leveraging big data in the intelligent era is the ability to capture 100% of relevant data, enabling accurate analysis and informed decision-making.
Pengfei’s smart‑mining initiative is still in its early stages. We hope Huawei will prioritize the development of Pengfei’s intelligent mining operations and, through comprehensive collaboration between the two parties, ensure the successful implementation of smart‑mining technologies, thereby pioneering the nation’s first truly meaningful intelligent mine.
On the same day, Jiang Wangcheng, President of the Group’s Coal Mine Corps Solutions, delivered a special lecture on the intelligent mine‑construction initiatives of Pengfei Group.
