In 2017, thanks to the vigorous efforts of Chairman Lü of the Pengfei Trade Union Federation, Pengfei Group reached a consensus with the Xiaoyi People’s Hospital and signed a cooperation agreement. Under this arrangement, Pengfei Group arranged for VIP medical cards at the Xiaoyi People’s Hospital for the company’s employees and their family members. Holders of these cards—whether employees or their dependents—are entitled to a range of preferential benefits, including waivers of registration fees, consultation fees, ambulance charges, and reductions or exemptions on related medical expenses. This initiative marked the first such arrangement in the history of the Xiaoyi People’s Hospital and represents one of the trade union’s concrete measures to enhance employee welfare and deliver tangible benefits.

On September 27, Lü Xiaofang, Chairwoman of the Pengfei Group Trade Union Federation, along with Ma Xiaolong, Head of the Human Resources Department, and Wang Zhengang, Head of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, visited the Xiaoyi People’s Hospital to hold discussions with Vice President Wen Xiandong.

This round of negotiations focused on discussing the service details of the VIP card and, through open dialogue, identified practical solutions to address potential issues that may arise during its operation. At the conclusion of the talks, both parties signed the “Pengfei Group–Xiaoyi People’s Hospital Medical Service Agreement,” thereby providing group employees with more convenient medical services and ensuring greater peace of mind when seeking healthcare.
