It also secured a place on the China Top 500 Private Enterprises list at No. 166 and ranked 87th on the China Top 500 Private Manufacturing Enterprises list, marking a significant leap into the ranks of the top 100 private manufacturing companies in China—both representing the highest-ever ranking for a Shanxi‑based private firm.

Compared with 2020, Pengfei Group has surged by 309 places this year, ranking 166th on the Top 500 Chinese Private Enterprises list and 87th on the Top 500 Chinese Manufacturing Private Enterprises list—marking a remarkable climb of 187 spots from last year and firmly establishing itself among the top 100 Chinese manufacturing private enterprises.

According to reports, this year marks the 23rd consecutive survey of large-scale private enterprises conducted by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, with a total of 5,785 companies—each reporting annual revenues of at least RMB 500 million—participating. The entry threshold for the Top 500 Private Enterprises this year stood at RMB 23.501 billion, an increase of RMB 3.297 billion over the previous year.
