On July 14, Yang Qinquing, Secretary of the Changzhi Municipal Party Committee, led more than 30 officials—including secretaries of all county and district party committees in Changzhi City and heads of various districts and counties—to visit the Shuguang Coal Mine of Pengfei Majunyu Company.
On July 14, Yang Qinquing, Secretary of the CPC Changzhi Municipal Committee, led a delegation of more than 30 officials—including secretaries of all county and district Party committees in Changzhi, as well as county and district mayors—to visit the Shuguang Coal Mine of Pengfei Majunyu Company. They were accompanied by Zheng Peng, Chairman of the Board and President of Pengfei Group; Cao Wangjian, Chairman and General Manager of Majunyu Company; and Wang Junxin, Mine Manager of Shuguang Coal Mine. Upon arriving at Shuguang Coal Mine, Secretary Yang Qinquing remarked that Pengfei is a truly large-scale enterprise. After inspecting the site, he reiterated: “Pengfei Group is indeed a genuine major conglomerate—characterized by broad vision and magnanimity.” He further urged the county and district Party secretaries and mayors present to create an optimal business environment for Pengfei, ensuring that all applicable preferential policies, subsidies, and rebates are fully and effectively implemented. His call was to retain Pengfei and support its continued growth and comprehensive development in Qinyuan and throughout Changzhi.
Upon arriving at Shuguang Coal Mine, Secretary Yang Qinqiong remarked that Pengfei is a truly large‑scale enterprise. After inspecting the site, he reiterated: “Pengfei Group lives up to its reputation as a genuine major conglomerate. It is a company of great vision and broad-mindedness.” He then urged the county and district Party secretaries and heads of all districts present to create an optimal business environment for Pengfei Group, ensuring that all promised preferential policies, subsidies, and rebates are fully and promptly implemented. “We must retain Pengfei and support it in expanding and strengthening its operations in Qinyuan and Changzhi, driving its comprehensive development!”
