The working group visited Pengfei Group’s 5G+ central dispatch and command management platform and its digital exhibition hall, gaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s development trajectory, industrial layout, and ongoing transformation toward digital and intelligent management.
During the exchange, Li Wenbin highly commended Pengfei’s rapid and remarkable development, its ever‑changing progress, and its forward‑looking business philosophy. He stated that this on‑site service mission aims to listen to the enterprise’s needs, address its practical challenges, and, in particular, ensure the effective implementation of policies—covering critical production factors such as land, taxation, gas supply, and electricity—as well as measures introduced by national, provincial, and municipal governments to support businesses.
Li Wenbin, drawing on relevant policies, put forward sound recommendations for Pengfei’s development. He also expressed the hope that Pengfei would comprehensively review and refine its challenges and demands, while the provincial Party committee and provincial government would devote themselves to studying solutions and ensuring their implementation, thereby helping enterprises unlock their full potential and driving high-quality growth.
Ma Xiaolong earnestly briefed the working group on the attention and support that Party committees, governments, relevant functional departments at all levels, and the Xiaoyi Economic Development Zone have extended to Pengfei’s development. He provided a detailed account of how Pengfei Group, in alignment with the national “carbon peak and carbon neutrality” strategy, has strategically planned its coal‑coking chemical and hydrogen energy industries. At the same time, he outlined the challenges facing the company’s growth, expressing his hope that, with the strong backing and assistance of the provincial Party committee and provincial government, Pengfei can achieve faster and more robust development, paving a new path for the transformation of Shanxi’s coal‑coking chemical enterprises.
