In 2020, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce of Shanxi Province launched the “Ten-Hundred-Thousand” initiative, establishing 10 “Party‑Building Education Demonstration Bases,” 100 “Model Party‑Building Party Branches,” and 1,000 cloud‑based Party branches across the province—using 1,000 qualified Party branches as the foundation, 100 core Party branches as the benchmark, and 10 exemplary Party branches as model cases—among eligible non-public enterprises.

Recently, following deliberation and decision by the Party Leadership Group of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, the first batch of 10 entities, including Shanxi Pengfei Group, were designated as “Party‑Building Education Demonstration Bases.” At the same time, 100 “Party‑Building Model Party Branches” were named, and 1,640 “Cloud‑Based Party Branches” were recognized.

“Listen to the Party and follow the Party,” “Party building is productivity.” Over the past 27 years, under the wise leadership of the Communist Party of China, Pengfei has grown from a small workshop‑style enterprise into one of China’s Top 500 private companies.
