The Chifeng Ningcheng Spring Festival Gala has arrived at Xiaoyi Pengfei.

On December 30, the principal leaders of the Ningcheng County People’s Congress, representing the Ningcheng County Party Committee and County Government, led a delegation to visit Xiaoyi Pengfei Group, where they were warmly welcomed by the Xiaoyi Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, as well as by Pengfei Group.
Performances brimming with Mongolian flair, including a morin khuur ensemble rendition of “Galloping Horses” and the dance “Nomadic Steppe,” took to the stage one after another. In addition, ceremonial khadags—symbols of eternal blessings—were presented to the attending leaders, helping to deepen and solidify cooperation between the two sides.
Pengfei Group’s poetry recitation, “Walking Toward the Light,” eloquently captures the company’s more than 30-year journey—pursuing green development and forging a new carbon‑neutral path, while building on its “Four Ten Thousand” foundation to stride confidently into the future. Meanwhile, the heartfelt Shanxi folk song “I Long to Kiss You” and the Mongolian folk song “Meeting at the Ovoo” sing of the deep bonds between Shanxi and Mongolia, heralding a bright vision of shared progress and a promising future.
In his address, Qian Rongxin stated that in 2024, Pengfei Group, guided by an innovative development philosophy, a far-sighted strategic vision, and outstanding professional expertise, has injected strong momentum into Ningcheng County’s efforts to accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading, promote green and low-carbon development, and extend its industrial value chain. The two sides have enjoyed a fruitful collaboration and forged a deep bond of friendship. In 2025, the Ningcheng County Government will, as always, spare no effort to provide comprehensive support and services for the project, expedite its construction, and deliver substantial results.
Zheng Peng pointed out that the gala presented by Ningcheng this time is a testament to the deep friendship between Chifeng’s Ningcheng and Pengfei, and a vivid expression of how the two sides have forged bonds through hydrogen and art. Every note in “Song of the Grassland” speaks of the inseparable, heartfelt camaraderie between Pengfei and Ningcheng in Chifeng.
Thanks to the strong support of Chifeng City and Ningcheng County, the 2024 collaborative project between Pengfei Group and Ningcheng New Energy was successfully launched in just six months, marking the entry of Chifeng City’s green development into a new era. It also serves as a crucial base for Pengfei to realize its vision of producing 40,000 tons of hydrogen and represents a pivotal step toward achieving full‑scale hydrogen‑energy coverage across the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region.
