1. Project Introduction
Xiaoyi Juhui Technology Co., Ltd. is located in the Xinyu Coking Plant of Pengfei Group. The east side of the project is the metal magnesium plant, the southwest side is the gas tank area of Xinyu Coking Plant, the west side is the park road, and the north side is the coking plant area. The scale of this project is to produce 50000 tons of 98% concentrated sulfuric acid per year. The production facilities include pretreatment, incineration, purification, dry suction, conversion, tail suction, storage and transportation. The auxiliary facilities include comprehensive building, compressed air station, acid desuffering and decompression station, and machine repair room. The total investment of the project is 80.25 million yuan, all self-raised.
Main environmental impact factors of 2. engineering
1) Construction period
① Atmospheric environment: the main sources of air pollution during construction are: dust caused by construction excavation, transportation vehicles and construction machinery on the driveway; dust and spills caused by the loading, unloading, transportation and stacking of construction materials (cement, lime, sand and gravel) and the exhaust gas emitted by various construction machinery and transportation vehicles.
② Water environment: the production water during the construction period is mainly concrete pavement maintenance, earthwork spray water, etc., which is mainly generated by equipment washing and running, spilling, dripping, leakage and overflow during production.
③ Noise: The noise pollution source during the construction period is mainly all kinds of construction machinery. Construction machinery noise is different from the general vehicle noise, because its power, sound frequency, source strength are larger, often make people feel harsh. If we do not pay attention to the construction process and take corresponding measures, it will cause serious disturbance to the residents and affect the normal living environment of the surrounding residents.
④ Solid waste environmental impact analysis
The solid pollution during the construction period is mainly construction waste and domestic waste.
2) Operation period
① Waste gas pollution: the scattered gas discharged from the lower tank and vertical tank discharge pipe of the raw material pretreatment unit; The direct air pump of the multi-effect evaporation condenser of the raw material pretreatment unit discharges ammonia-containing gas; The spray drying tower burns the purified coke oven gas, and the main pollutants are particulate matter, SO2, NOx and NH3; Particulate matter produced by sulfur warehouse, ash warehouse of sulfur burning unit and transfer point; acid gas discharged from the second suction tower of the conversion and tail suction unit.
Wastewater pollution: clear liquid produced by multi-effect evaporation, ammonia-containing wastewater produced by tail gas washing tower, a small amount of acid wastewater produced by purification unit, domestic sewage and laboratory wastewater.
③ Noise: The noise pollution during the operation period is mainly air compressor, air dryer, induced draft fan, blower and pump noise.
④ Solid waste: waste catalyst from SO2 converter of conversion unit, domestic waste from living and office and other places.
Proposed Control Measures for 3. Works
(1) Construction period
① Air pollution prevention and control measures
During construction, construction signs shall be set up in accordance with the provisions of the "Construction Project Construction Site Management Regulations", and the person responsible for dust prevention measures and environmental protection supervision telephone number (12369) shall be indicated. According to Jin Huanfa  No. 136 and the Technical Specification for Prevention and Control of Urban Dust Pollution, the height of enclosures on both sides of the project construction site shall not be less than 1.8m. Enclosures must be made of hard materials such as metal, concrete and plastic, and there must be no obvious damage loopholes. There must be no gap larger than 0.5cm between the two enclosures (this measure runs through the whole construction process). The construction spoil and construction waste in the site shall be transported away in time; sprinkler equipment shall be provided to sprinkle and clean water regularly. After the construction, the vegetation shall be restored in time for greening and other dust prevention measures.
② Water pollution prevention and control measures
The production water during the construction period is mainly concrete pavement maintenance, earthwork spray water, etc., which is mainly generated by equipment flushing and running, emitting, dripping, leaking and overflowing during production. It contains only a small amount of mixed sand and does not contain other impurities. After being collected and precipitated by the collection tank, it is used for site sprinkling and dust suppression.
③ Noise pollution prevention measures
Reasonable layout of the construction site: avoid arranging a large number of power machinery and equipment at the same place to avoid excessive local sound levels. Strengthen equipment maintenance to ensure that vehicles and construction equipment are in good working condition; use low-noise construction machinery as much as possible; take temporary noise blocking measures for high-noise construction machinery. In order to ensure that residents rest at night, construction is prohibited at night (22:00~6:00); at the same time, supervision and management should be strengthened.
④ Solid waste prevention and control measures
In order to reduce the impact of solid waste on the surrounding environment, the evaluation puts forward the following measures: construction waste should be cleared and transported in time; domestic waste should be collected by classification and sent to the designated place of the local sanitation department.
2) Operation period
The scattered gas discharged from the lower tank and vertical tank discharge pipe of the raw material pretreatment unit is discharged into the atmosphere after absorbing ammonia with dilute sulfuric acid through their respective ammonia absorbers. The direct air pump of the multi-effect evaporation condenser of the raw material pretreatment unit discharges ammonia-containing gas through the tail gas washing tower, circulates and washes with distilled ammonia wastewater, and then discharges it through the exhaust cylinder of the washing tower. The spray drying tower burns the purified coke oven gas, and the main pollutants, including particulate matter, SO2, after the flue gas is separated into solid particles by the cyclone dust collector, the tail gas enters the tail gas washing tower, which is cyclically washed with ammonia wastewater and then discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust cylinder of the washing tower; the sulfur warehouse, the ash warehouse of the sulfur burning unit and the transfer point are each equipped with a pulse bag dust collector, which is discharged through a 30m high exhaust cylinder after dust removal; the tail gas discharged from the secondary suction tower of the conversion and tail suction unit is washed with dilute ammonia to absorb acid gas, and then dilute sulfuric acid washing absorption of ammonia after the exhaust cylinder discharge.
② Wastewater pollution: the clear liquid produced by multi-effect evaporation is sent to the desulfurization device of Xinyu Plant as makeup water, and the ammonia-containing wastewater produced by the tail gas washing tower is sent back to the desulfurization waste liquid tank; a small amount of acidic wastewater produced by the purification unit is neutralized with the alkaline wastewater produced by the tail suction unit and then sent to the ammonium sulfate unit for recycling; domestic sewage and laboratory wastewater are sent to the sewage treatment device of the coking plant for treatment.
③ Noise: low noise equipment shall be selected, mufflers shall be provided for dryers and induced draft fans, and basic vibration reduction measures shall be taken for pumps.
④ Solid waste: waste catalyst from SO2 converter of conversion unit, recycled by catalyst manufacturer..
